We are out-of-network for insurance and do not accept Medicare, Medicaid or any health insurance
Receipts can be provided for patients to submit for insurance reimbursement

Full payment is required at the time of reserving an appointment
Payments can be made by credit card, check or cash.

A non-refundable deposit secures your initial appointment time and is never double-booked
However, cancellations result in forfeit of deposit
