We are out-of-network for insurance and do not accept Medicaid or any private health insurance
We offer discounted rates for Medicare patients
Receipts can be provided for patients to submit for insurance reimbursement
PAYMENT
Full payment is required at the time of reserving an appointment
Payments can be made by credit card, check or cash.

We reserve full staff time for your appointment
A non-refundable deposit secures your initial appointment time and is never double-booked
However, cancellations result in forfeit of deposit
